Vasantidevi Patil Institute of Pharmacy, Kodoli was established in 2003 under aegis of Shri Yashwant Shikshan Prasark Mandal, Kodoli. 
The Vasantidevi Patil Institute of Pharmacy is situated in the area of kodoli, about 10 kms away from National Highway- 4 near Kolhapur. The institute campus can be reached by rail or by road. It is situated near the Panhala hill station & Jyotiba temple. The college is approved by AICTE New Delhi, Pharmacy council of India, New Delhi. ,DTE Mumbai, & affiliated to a MSBTE, Mumbai.
The college occupies the area of approx 4.5 acres. The college has completed 7 yrs. The college has constructed it's own 19,000 sq.ft. RCC building. The college has excellent infrastructure facilities including sophisticated equipments, instruments & Library having latest books & national journals. These facilities have enabled the institution to have interaction with pharma industries. The college has maintained high academic standards & discipline .
