Shaheed Udham Singh College of Pharmacy, Mohali was established in 2007 managed and run under Desh Bhagat Memorial Educational Trust. SUS College of Pharmacy intends to  develop as a premier institute in pharmaceutical education with an objective of becoming an institute of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences. The College utilizes an integrated approach to provide students with academic competence along with professional skills. The college is affiliated to AICTE New Delhi and PTU Jalandhar.
