L J Institute Of Pharmacy And Research Center, Ahmedabad was established in 2004 by Lok Jagruti Kendra, a non-profitable Trust headed by eminent Educationists, Visionaries and Jurists. It is a unit of L.J. Group of Institutes. The college is affiliated to Gujarat University (GU). It offers Bachelor and Master Degree courses in Pharmacy in major six subjects. The programs are approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
The main focus of the institute is on shaping up its students to become the great entrepreneurs and future leaders of Pharma industry. The basic objective of the college is to produce true pharmacists every year. The college has separate accommodations for boys and girls with all basic amenities like power back-up, water heaters.
