Arka Jain University Jamshedpur was formerly known as Jain College. It is the first private university in Jharkhand. This government recognized institution is also a part of the JGI Group, Bangalore. The university offers UG, PG, Diploma and PHD in courses like: Management, Engineering, Science, Computer Application and Arts. There is a 5% relaxation in each course for SC/ST. It is a hub of co-curricular and sports activities focusing on overall development. Scholarships are also available.
